ASIATODAY.ID, BANGKOK – Asiana Group is ready to develop a luxury apartment project in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) area, Jakarta.
The project is planned to begin construction in mid-2023.
According to Asiana Group President Director, Loemongga Haoemasan, the apartment project called Two Senopati will be built on an area of 5,000 square meters on Jalan Senopati II.
Two Senopati is a high rise apartment project with 37 floors. This project will enter the construction phase in mid-2023.
"We want to build two towers but we will launch one tower first. There are only 112 units with a size of 80 square meters per unit," explained Loemongga, quoted Friday (9/12/2022).
The Two Senopati apartment project actually received a construction permit in 2019. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Asiana has postponed the launch until 2022.
"Now that the pandemic has subsided, so people are starting to be confident again to start investing, even though they say there will be a recession," he continued.
Loemangga revealed that sales of the first Two Senopati tower had reached 30 percent. Unit Two Senopati is sold at a price range of IDR 4.8 billion – IDR 5 billion with strata title ownership.
As a reference, Asiana Group is a luxury property developer that targets the upper middle class and focuses on projects such as apartments, villas, condominiums, commercial areas and office space.
Asiana's projects include Senopati Suites apartments, BiuBiu Jimbaran villas, Bangka Tree Townhouse, Nirvana Kemang and Ozone Residence.
Apart from the Two Senopati apartment project, Asiana Group is also working with RANS Entertainment to develop an apartment project in the Andara area, South Jakarta. (AT Network)
